These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quarantine Zone: The Last Check Fan Outpost website (the "Site"). By visiting or using the Site you agree to comply with these Terms and with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
The Site is operated by a volunteer fan team. We may update these Terms periodically; see the Changes, Governing Law & Contact section for how updates work.
Use of the Site
- Use the Site only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to breach security, disrupt the Site, or introduce malicious code.
- Do not scrape or republish substantial portions of the Site without prior written permission, other than brief quotations with attribution for commentary or reporting.
- Do not misrepresent your affiliation with Brigada Games, this fan team, or any other entity.
We may suspend, restrict, or end your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Original articles, layout assets, and other content created by the Quarantine Zone: The Last Check Fan Team are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced in full without permission. You may quote short excerpts provided you credit and link back to the relevant page.
Quarantine Zone: The Last Check, its logos, characters, and other game assets are trademarks and copyrighted materials of Brigada Games or their respective owners. We use these marks for reference and commentary only and do not claim ownership.
If you believe any material on the Site infringes your rights, email contact@quarantinezone.org with the subject line "Rights Request" and include the relevant URL, a description of the concern, and proof of rights.
Submissions & Feedback
By sending tips, corrections, media, or other materials ("Submissions") to the Site, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share them and that they do not infringe the rights of others.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display Submissions on the Site and associated channels, with attribution where reasonably practical. We are under no obligation to use or acknowledge any Submission.
Please do not send confidential or personal information beyond what is required for your request. We are not responsible for safeguarding unsolicited confidential material.
Third-Party Links & Advertising
The Site contains links to third-party websites and may display advertisements served by Google AdSense or similar providers. We do not control or endorse the content, products, or services offered by these third parties.
